If you don’t already know, our document collection module allows you to group documents into a collection that enables you to track, action, share and download these documents easily.

• We have enhanced our document collection modules to allow you to write a custom report, such as building safety case and fire strategy reports, with any document collection. Authorised users can download the report independently, but it will also appear in the full document collection download. You can also use our automatic population placeholders within the information template to speed up your report writing. Contact us if you want more information about this feature. 
• You now don’t have to wait for the collection to download. Simply click the “Download Collection” button, and you will receive an email when it is ready.
• You now don’t need to share the document collection to save it. This new process allows you to work on the collection until you are ready to share it with others.
• You can now view and preview* documents within Risk Warden. This feature is also available within the guest portal.

• You can now create tasks related to a specific document that can then be tracked and managed through the task module. This feature means that even if you cannot get your risk assessor to use Risk Warden to capture the information, you can still manage and evidence the corrective actions until completion.
• Coming Soon! We are also working on the ability to bulk upload tasks to a document, so watch this space.
• You can also add notes to a document as per the estate views. These notes will also appear under the relevant estate views.
