What’s New
Logbook (phase 1)
In phase 1, we enhanced our PPM functionality to allow you to create logbook tasks against specific assets. You can now apply the following goals to a logbook task:
- require before and after images
- require specific information (sign-off information) to be completed
- compliance documents
If you set any goals, the task cannot be completed until all the goals have been completed. This ensures that the correct information is captured and that you remain compliant.
PPMs/logbook tasks are only available under our compliance plans.
Task enhancements
We have added a task view, which provides a complete overview of the task and the goals, if any, that need to be completed. It also allows users who do not own the task or have been invited to view and collaborate on it.
The goals provide a seamless way to fulfil the task requirements without leaving the screen.
